Monday, and Friday 6:00pm

This is an all level, High Intensity Interval Training class. You will need a mat, and some weights for this class. Modifications are provided. Work at your pace. Most importantly have fun and when all else is lost, dance and keep moving. 
Wednesday evening's class runs for 30 minutes and can be purchased separately. Return to the previous page to find the button for Wednesday's work out.
