Group classes are a great way to continue and maintain working with the Alexander Technique. To register, simply click the "register" button below the class you would like to join. Monthly subscribers have access to the "Group Class".
Individual sessions are also available by zoom.
BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO THE ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE.
Over 10 weeks you will be guided through the basics. You will gain insight and working knowledge on the skills this technique has to offer. Take your first step towards rediscovering freedom to move in everyday activities, redefining strength, the power of thinking uP!, breathing coordination and much more.
1 Hour each week for 10 Weeks.

CONTEMPORARY DANCE TECHNIQUE
These classes use the Alexander Technique as the primary technique for moving through space. We take our time to breakdown the technical aspects of moving and thinking in activity. This class will improve overall balance, help you find strength in motion, promote coordinated breathing and improve your body/mind connection.

TEACHER'S GUIDE TO THE ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE
Over 10 weeks you will be guided through the basic principles and procedures of the Alexander Technique. You will gain insight and working knowledge of the skills this technique has to offer. Learn how to think in multiple directions, and still maintain a sense of self, breathing coordination and much more.
