Group classes are a great way to continue and maintain working with the the Alexander Technique. To register, simply click the "register" button below the class you would like to join. If you are a monthly subscriber, please email to let me know you will be in class.

BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO THE ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE.
Moving Mindfulness Consciously
Over 10 weeks you will be guided through the basics. You will gain in-site and working knowledge on the skills this technique has to offer. Take your first step towards rediscovering freedom to move in everyday activities, redefining strength, the power of uP!, breathing coordination and much more.
1 Hour each week for 10 Weeks.

Continuing Conscious Connection.
Continue your practice of the Alexander Technique in this group class.
Prior experience recommended.
Tuesday's weekly 6:00pm-7:00pm EST. Until December 15th, 2020.
RISE AND SHINE
Put some pep into your step.
Rise and shine with this gentle stretch and mindful movement session. This class will improve overall balance, help you find your every day strength, promote coordinated breathing and improve your body/mind connection!
No prior experience needed.
Tuesday and Thursday 6:00am to 6:30am EST.
Until December 22nd, 2020.
