Moving Mindfulness Consciously
Over 6 weeks you will be guided through the basics. You will gain insight and working knowledge on the skills this technique has to offer. Take your first step towards rediscovering freedom to move in everyday activities, redefining strength, the power of uP!, breathing coordination and much more.

Put some pep into your step.
Rise and shine with this gentle stretch and mindful movement session. This class will improve overall balance, help you find your every day strength, promote coordinated breathing and improve your body/mind connection!
No prior experience needed.

CONTEMPORARY DANCE TECHNIQUE
Thinking in Activity.
These classes use the Alexander Technique as the primary technique for moving through space. We take our time to breakdown the technical aspects of moving and thinking in activity. This class will improve overall balance, help you find strength in motion, promote coordinated breathing and improve your body/mind connection.
Monday's and Wednesday's 10:00am EST, 8:00am MDT, 7:00am PDT, 3:00pm BST, 4:00pm CEST.
